Before installation

Safe, but not yet common
Microsoft Defender SmartScreen or the browser may show a warning such as “Windows protected your PC” or “This file is not commonly downloaded”. This does not automatically mean the installer is unsafe. It usually means the file is new or not downloaded by many users yet.
- • Check that the download comes from lizard-labs.com.
- • Check the file digital signature from Lizard Labs Software.
- - The installer has been checked with VirusTotal and reported clean by many antivirus scanners.
- • If SmartScreen blocks the installer, select More info, then Run anyway.
- • Optional: right-click the file, open Properties, and use Unblock if Windows has blocked the downloaded file.
